A 6" Sweet Pastry case, with Jam of your choice. Topped with a Frangipane sponge and either toasted Almonds or Icing decoration. (Can be made Egg Free, Sugar Free and/or Nut Free on request)
 
Jams available: Strawberry (Including Diabetic), Raspberry, Apricot, Lemon Curd (DF)
 
Ingredients: Doves Farm WF/GF Flour, DF Vitalite. EGG. Caster Sugar, GROUND ALMONDS, ALMOND Extract, Vanilla Extract, Xanthan Gum, Icing Sugar.
